All adult lessons have a maximum of 2 swimmers at a time and are tailored to each person’s individual needs. This provides you with an ideal environment in which to feel at ease in the water giving you a relaxed, stimulating environment to get the best possible results in the shortest time.
All of our adult clients also benefit from having telephone, email and face-to-face support for any areas they wish to discuss.
We work in the water in our own private pool. Our programme is broken down into 2 key areas depending on your needs:
Beginners: For total non-swimmers who may have a phobia of water or lack confidence. We break down the basic principles of swimming as part of a progressive weekly programme.
Stroke Development: Working on basic principles of stroke technique for front crawl, breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly.
From our experience, adults who want to learn and overcome their fears do so because they want to be able to express themselves in the water whilst been safe. This could be on holiday enjoying the pool with the kids or grandchildren, keeping fit, enjoying water sports or wanting to have that once in a lifetime experience.
